Show off your Itasha at our event! You love your Itasha and want to share it with our guests? Then take the opportunity and be part of our Itasha exhibition! We are looking for the most creative and impressive designs that reflect a passion for anime, manga, and Japanese pop culture. As a thank you, Itasha drivers will receive free entry to our event.

Important information for participants:

• Setup: All Itasha vehicles must be placed on-site by Friday at 8:00 AM.
• Dismantling: Leaving the premises is not permitted before Sunday at 7:30 PM.
• Security: We will provide appropriate barriers. However, the organiser accepts no liability for damages or losses.
• Space allocation: There is no entitlement to a parking spot; selection is based on design and available capacity.
• Design guidelines: Inappropriate designs that do not meet the etiquette of our event will not be accepted.
