Having stood in front of the microphone in the dubbing studio at a very young age and still active today, we are delighted to welcome voice actor Sandro Blümel to Anime Messe Babelsberg 2024. Known as the child voice of Son Gohan in the classic "Dragon Ball Z" and in leading roles in "Digimon Frontier", "Blue Dragon" and "Darling in the Franxx", Sandro Blümel will be answering your questions at the voice actor panel on Saturday at 12:00 and on Sunday at 12:50 on our outdoor stage!
The older ones among you will know his then still young voice from the RTL2 broadcasts of "Dragon Ball Z" and "Digimon Frontier": voice actor Sandro Blümel will be honouring us at Anime Messe Babelsberg 2024! At the tender age of ten, Blümel was already in the dubbing studio and lent his young voice to little Son Gohan in many of the earlier "Dragon Ball Z" episodes and several "DBZ" films. In "Digimon Frontier", the fourth Digimon series, he also voiced the taciturn digiritter Koji Minamoto and his spirit digitizations Lobomon and KendoGarurumon. Blümel is still active in anime today, e.g. as Zorome in "Darling in the Franxx" and Cabba in "Dragon Ball Super", as well as in live-action film productions such as the Brazilian Netflix series "15 Again" as (adult) Joel. His other roles include Preston Scavo from the US drama series "Desperate Housewives", Jack Atlas from "Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V" and the lead role of Shu from the action anime "Blue Dragon".
Meet Sandro Blümel at the Anime Messe Babelsberg 2024 on Saturday at 12:00 noon on our outdoor stage for the voice actor panel, together with his voice actor colleagues Vera Bunk, Katharina von Daake and Steven Ron Abel, and on Sunday at 12:50 noon for the exclusive voice actor panel together with Daniela Reidies, also on the outdoor stage. On Saturday at 13:20 and on Sunday at 14:10 we also invite you to a signing session with Sandro Blümel.
